Michael Kuldiner, Esquire

Michael has been a long time resident of the Lower Bucks County area. He attended Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, then New England School of Law in Boston. There, he completed his degree in only two and a half years, making him one of the youngest lawyers admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania. Upon receiving his Juris Doctor, Michael established his own law practice to serve residents of Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. Residents of the Doylestown area have trusted the Bucks County divorce attorneys at Michael's firm for over ten years.

 

Michael has in-depth knowledge in family law matters such as divorce, support and custody. He is also part of the expanding field of collaborative divorce and has completed his certification in this discipline. Michael has been recognized by his clients/colleagues as a "SuperLawyer", nominated for the Bucks Happening, “Best Of” list and was selected into The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 list. As a licensed title agent and real estate broker, Michael also possesses a wealth of experience in the area of real estate law.

 

While Michael holds many professional roles such as real estate broker, title agent, attorney, Michael’s role of father to his young daughter is one he prides himself on the most. A New Jersey shore enthusiast, Michael enjoys visiting the beaches and spending quality time with his family. Michael is also very active in his community as well as an avid supporter of charitable organizations such as The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Special Olympics, Susan G. Michael Petro, Esquire

Michael joins the firm with over a decade of experience in litigating divorce, family law and civil matters in Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. His area of emphasis has focused on representing women and children of domestic violence. He also brings comprehensive experience in medical malpractice and other areas of law.

 

His experience evolved out of law school with time spent clerking for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and moving on to a medical malpractice defense firm in Fort Washington. Following this position, Michael became a Solicitor for the Office of Chief Counsel for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

 

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Michael graduated from Archbishop Ryan High School. A graduate of Villanova University School of Law and Temple University, Michael continues to work and reside locally. After completing his studies, he and his wife moved to Bucks County where they are raising their two children.

 

As an active member of the community, Michael takes time to serve on the Board of Directors for two different boards. While he maintains many professional roles, he also enjoys spending time with his family and coaching both basketball and soccer for the past ten years.

Shauna Quigley, Esquire

Shauna joined the Firm as an Associate in 2015. She focuses primarily in the areas of Family Law (divorce, property distribution, support, custody, and protection from abuse), Estate Administration and Civil Litigation. Shauna is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

 

Prior to joining the Firm, Shauna practiced law at a general practice firm in Bucks County where she specialized in family law and civil litigation. Shauna joins the firm with several years of experience in family law, estate and civil litigation.

 

Shauna graduated from the University of Delaware in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She received her juris doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2009. During law school, she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. Before law school, Shauna was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Eugene Maier in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia.

 

Shauna was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia and is a graduate of Nazareth Academy High School. Shauna resides with her husband, Timothy, and two daughters, in Ivyland in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Dara Burns joins the firm with over a decade of experience in civil litigation and family law.  Dara’s practice focuses on Real Estate, Civil Litigaton and Estate Planning. She has also practiced in the areas of divorce, custody, adoption, and protection from abuse.

Prior to relocating to Bucks County in 2008, Dara was a litigation associate at one of the nation’s top law firms in Washington, D.C.  She focused her practice on securities litigation, anti-trust matters and government investigations.  Dara began her family law practice as the staff attorney for the Network of Victim Assistance (NOVA) legal services program in Bucks County where she assisted crime victims in need of help with divorce, custody and support matters.  Most recently, Dara practiced family law at a firm in Montgomery County.   

As an active member of the community, Ms. Burns is a member of NOVA’s Public Affairs Committee, actively lobbying lawmakers on the behalf of crime victims in Bucks County. She also speaks at various forums informing the community regarding the special legal issues facing crime victims.  She regularly volunteers with Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania, providing legal assistance to parties in Protection from Abuse Matters.  She also continues to advise NOVA clients on legal matters. 

Dara received her B.A. in communications from Bloomsburg University and graduated cum laud from North Carolina Central School of Law.  She resides in Newtown with her husband and two children.
